光缆熔接步骤
Welding procedure of optical cable
1、打开熔接机,使熔接机处于待机状态,将要熔接光纤分别穿过热缩管,不同的束管光纤分开。

2、去除涂层,用米勒钳剥去光纤上的涂覆层,再用无水酒精棉球擦拭裸纤。

3、光纤端面,有光纤切割刀对裸纤进行端面制作。对0.25mm(外涂层)光纤,切割长度为8-16mm,对0.9mm(外覆层)光纤,切割长度16-18mm。

4、光纤放入V形槽内,关上防风盖,熔接机自动熔接。

5、对熔接质量进行判定,熔接损耗是否合格,溶解端面是否良好,如不合格重新进行熔接。

6、加热热缩管,固定热缩管。

7、盘绕光纤余长,封好接头盒,接头盒要求密闭性好,防止进水。
