| 熔接盘安装须知 Installation instructions of fusion plate 1、光缆接头时，先剥开外套层，露出内层的裸露纤芯（一般剥除长度为1.1M），将两根光缆分别固定在光缆终端盒的两端。 1. When connecting the optical cable, first peel off the outer layer to expose the exposed core of the inner layer (generally the stripping length is 1.1m), and fix the two optical cables at both ends of the optical cable terminal box. 2、用酒精棉擦拭裸露纤芯，擦拭干净后用专用的切割刀切割纤芯，纤芯的断面一定要切割平整。然后套上热熔管。 2. Wipe the exposed core with alcohol cotton, and cut the core with a special cutter after wiping. The cross section of the core must be cut flat. Then put on the hot-melt pipe. 3、将需要接头的两根纤芯放入光纤熔接机中熔接，熔接完成后加热热熔管使其收缩紧贴纤芯。 3. Put the two fiber cores that need to be spliced into the fiber fusion machine for fusion welding, and heat the fusion tube after fusion welding to make it shrink and cling to the fiber core. 4、完成一组后（一般8根为一组，也有4根一组或16根一组），一般光缆终端盒为30cm或15cm，而留出来的裸露纤芯有2.2M。所以要将其一起盘成椭圆形放入光纤熔接盘中，并将其固定好。 4.
