| 熔接器使用方法 How to use fusion splicer 1、固定熔接器安装加热端头，把熔接器放置于架上，根据所需管材规格安装对应的加热模头，并用内六角扳紧，一般小在前端大在后端。 1. Fix the fusion splicer, install the heating end, place the welding connector on the rack, install the corresponding heating die head according to the required pipe specification, and tighten it with the inner hexagon, which is generally small in the front end and large in the rear end. 2、通电开机 2. Power on 接通电源（注意电源必须带有接地保护线），绿色指示灯亮，红色指74示灯熄灭。表示熔接器进入自动控制状态，可开始操作。注意：在自动控温状态，这说明熔接器处于受控状态，不影响操作。 Turn on the power supply (note that the power supply must be equipped with grounding protection wire), the green indicator light is on, and the red indicator light 74 is off. It indicates that the fusion splicer is in automatic control state and can be operated. Note: in the automatic temperature control state, this means that the fusion splicer is in a controlled state and does not affect the operation. 3、熔接管材 3. Welded pipe 用切管器垂直切断管材，将管材和管件同时无旋转推进熔接器模头内，并按下表要求进行操作。达到加热时间后立即把管材与管件从模头同时取下，迅速无旋转地直线均匀插入到所需深度，使接头开成均匀凸缘。 Use the pipe cutter to cut the pipe vertically, push the pipe and pipe fitting into the die head of the fusion splicer without rotation at the same time, and operate according to the requirements in the table below. After the heating time is reached, take off the pipe and pipe fittings from the die head at the same time, and insert them into the required depth in a straight line quickly without rotation, so that the joint is opened into a uniform flange. |
