| 裸纤的清洁应按下面的两步操作。 The cleaning of bare fibers should follow the following two steps. 1）观察光纤剥除部分的涂覆层是否全部剥除，若有残留应重剥。如有极少量不易剥除的涂覆层，可用棉球沾适量酒精，边浸渍，边逐步擦除。 1) Observe whether all the coatings on the stripped part of the optical fiber have been stripped, and if there are any residues, they should be stripped again. If there is a very small amount of coating that is not easy to peel off, cotton ball can be dipped with appropriate alcohol, while impregnating, while gradually erasing. 2）将棉花撕成层面平整的扇形小块，沾少许酒精（以两指相捏无溢出为宜），折成V”形，夹住已剥覆的光纤，顺光纤轴向擦拭，力争一次成功，一块棉花使用2～3次后要及时更换，每次要使用棉花的不同部位和层面，这样既可提高棉花利用率，又防止了探纤的两次污染。 2) Tear cotton into flat fan-shaped pieces, dip a little alcohol (it is better to pinch two fingers without spillover), fold it into a V-shaped shape, clamp the stripped fibers, wipe along the axis of the fibers, and strive for a success. A piece of cotton should be replaced in time after 2-3 times of use, using different parts and layers of cotton each time, so that it can be used. The utilization rate of cotton was increased, and the second pollution of fibre detection was prevented. |
